Pre-Race Checklist for
Motorcycle and Car Racing.

This becomes specially important when talking about the vehicle and the equipment you are planning to use to "fly" (and hopefully win) in the racetrack.

In this article from the people at p9 Group Motorsports Group you will find a pre-race checklist that will help you identify the most important points to take care of before any race or "big" ride. I am sure you wild find very helpful.

- A Pre-Race Checklist is helpful only if YOU use it.

- If you want to learn about the psychological part and how you can prepare yourself mentally for your next race, follow this link and take a look at this interesting article "Color Yourself a Winner!" .
